Best "P2W" Weapon Skins in Rust (Sight Cutouts & Glow)

A wide set of weapon skins redesign the iron sight - some just add a glow for visibility in the dark, others cut away part of the sight housing itself for a cleaner view of the target. The source guide sorts every one of these into three tiers by how much of an edge the cutout actually gives:

Tier 1 - mostly just a glowing sight, minimal cutout. Worth less if you already run a crosshair overlay, since the glow isn't adding much on top of that. Tier 2 - a real cutout with clearly better visibility, short of the best available. Tier 3 - the largest cutouts, maximum sight visibility - the strongest pick in each weapon category if the look doesn't matter to you.
