CS.Deals mixes P2P trading with bot instant-cashouts, across CS2, Rust, Dota 2, and TF2. Registered as a real company (VirtuTrade Ltd, Finland).
Fees are legitimately low, the main reason people use it. The interface looks its age, and support has a reputation for being slow.
Identity verification got noticeably stricter around mid-2023.

There was a real episode where user balances in a discontinued currency got force-converted to Bitcoin, causing a wave of withdrawal problems. More importantly: CS.Deals charges a $10/month inactivity fee, and if your cash balance can't cover it, they'll sell your stored items to pay it. Don't leave items sitting on an unused account.
