This hat skin recolors the standard burlap headwrap into a desert-appropriate palette. The coarse, woven fabric is dyed in shades of light tan, dusty beige, and soft sandy brown, mimicking the colors of a dry, arid environment. The headwrap consists of multiple layers of this rough burlap material, wrapped haphazardly around the crown of the head and draped down to cover the nose, mouth, and neck. The texture of the fabric is highly visible, showing the thick, irregular threads of the cheap burlap material. Small frayed edges and loose threads can be seen along the borders of the cloth, emphasizing its cheap, makeshift nature. A narrow slit is left open to allow the wearer to see, with the tan fabric bunching and folding naturally around the eye area.
